From 29 September to 1 October, Split once again became the centre of the Adriatic yachting scene as CROYA Charter Show 2025 brought together the region’s leading yachts, crews, and professionals. For Yacht IN, it was an opportunity to celebrate excellence, connect with partners, and present three standout yachts from our fleet: Carmen, Quantum, and Friend’s Boat.
Three Vessels. One Standard of Perfection
M/Y Carmen, a 37.3m explorer yacht, represents the perfect blend of design and experience. Her beach house-inspired interiors and expansive decks reflect a vision of open-air living, complemented by a Jacuzzi, water toys, and a crew of seven led by Captain Luka Šupe. With Chef Mateo Rac and Chief Stewardess Lucija Radovčić on board, Carmen continues to set the standard for creativity and five-star hospitality.
The 28m Sunseeker 95 Quantum showcases contemporary elegance at its finest. Known for her signature split-level master suite, versatile layout, and sleek performance, she embodies refined comfort and sophistication, perfectly suited for Adriatic cruising.
M/Y Friend’s Boat, the Custom Line Navetta 26, is a yacht made for connection, a warm, inviting vessel designed for families and friends. Her flybridge cinema, spacious cabins, and exceptional crew make her one of the most beloved yachts in our portfolio, offering both privacy and joy in every journey.
Show Competition Highlights
This year’s CROYA brought another round of excitement to the dockside, with Yacht IN’s crews once again proving their excellence. The theme of this year’s Chef & Tablescaping Competition was “The Croatian Nonas”, inspiring chefs to reinterpret traditional recipes passed down from their grandmothers. On board Carmen, Chef Mateo Rac, winner of the inaugural CROYA Chef Competition, once again impressed the judges. His reinterpretations of traditional Croatian dishes—štrukle, purica, and gibanica—reflect the flavors of the inner Croatian region where he comes from, showcasing the warmth and authenticity of home-cooked cuisine and earning him a well-deserved top-three finish.. At the same time, Chief Stewardess Lucija Radovčić captivated the jury in the Tablescaping Competition with her elegant setup, inspired by Mediterranean simplicity and attention to every detail, a true reflection of Carmen’s refined onboard service.
Meanwhile, the crew of Friend’s Boat, led by Dražena Perkov, triumphed in the CYBA Designer Water Competition with her refreshing blend of lightly infused, all-day hydration water, a perfectly balanced creation designed for guests to enjoy throughout a summer day on board. Their success highlighted the creativity and thoughtful approach that define Yacht IN crews across every charter.
Moments That Bring Us Together
Beyond the competitions, CROYA was also a time to celebrate milestones. Carmen hosted a memorable sunset cocktail party to mark her first appearance at the show, welcoming brokers and partners to experience her inviting atmosphere firsthand. Guests enjoyed cocktails, Chef Mateo’s creations, fine wines, and a DJ set as the yacht transformed into a vibrant setting for connection and conversation at sunset. Throughout the show, Broker’s Lunches held across Carmen, Quantum, and Friend’s Boat offered an intimate setting for brokers to experience each yacht’s unique ambiance and hospitality firsthand, from tasting exquisite dishes to meeting the crews who bring them to life.
Shaping the Future of Charter Together
Yacht IN, a member of the CRO.Y.A. association, is an active participant and one of the organizers of the CROYA Charter Show, an event that brings together professionals from the charter industry. With our experience and hands-on involvement, we contribute to the development of the show, promote Croatia as a top charter destination, and strengthen collaboration between local and international partners.
