From 11th – 15th March 2019, Yacht IN took part in the Sanlorenzo Service School, designed exclusively for Sanlorenzo Dealers and Service Points worldwide.

Italian superyacht ship builder Sanlorenzo organized a unique master class “Sanlorenzo Service School” for its Service Network Members, that was held from 11th to 15th March 2019. The master class included theoretical and practical lectures held by Sanlorenzo’s suppliers in facilities in Ameglia, La Spezia and Viareggio. During the 4-day class, participants were provided with training and updates on Sanlorenzo products, new technologies and onboard systems, with specific focus on company values and targets, operating procedures and customer service skills.

“This was a great opportunity to meet all Service Network Members in person and to have a chance to share our experiences and build stronger collaboration, enhancing the brand’s common vision and the customer-care oriented approach that distinguishes Sanlorenzo Aftersales, from other superyacht ship builders”, said Slaven Knežević, Yacht IN CEO.
